Our Story

Cadence Studios was created by partners, musicians, and educators who first connected through our love of music while pursuing our degrees. Music is what keeps us connected to the most important people in our lives and what adds colour to our days. For us, music is more than just a skill; it’s a way of expressing yourself, building community, and developing confidence.

After years of studying in environments that felt rigid and limiting, we realized that something was missing: creativity, individuality, and joy. We never want to be the reason someone quits music. We dreamed of creating a space where students could discover their own musical identity, built upon a foundation of technique.

Every lesson is adapted to fit the unique goals, learning styles, and passions of our students. Our approach blends student’s interests with foundational knowledge and technique, allowing them to understand the why’s behind the music.
