Let your instructor know at least 24 hours before your lesson to be able to reschedule. If you contact your instructor within 24 hours, your lesson will be forfeited without a refund. You are allowed to reschedule and/or cancel 3 lessons per semester (Sept-Dec and Jan-June). After the 3rd time, refunds and rescheduling will not be offered.

Please give your instructor a heads up if you are running late. You will receive however much time is remaining in your lesson. We cannot offer the full time if you are late out of respect to the students after you.

You will be sent an invoice on the 30th of the month for the upcoming month’s lessons. Payment is due by the 7th of the month and can be made by e-transferring cadencestudioswpg@gmail.com Lessons can be refused if you have not paid. If there was a cancellation, the cost of that lesson will be deducted from your next invoice.

Our instructors will provide you with books they recommend for your learning goals and you will be billed on your monthly invoice. If you have any books, please feel free to bring them to lessons as well.

Your instructor will communicate with you at the beginning of the month to determine if you are both available or if the lesson will be rescheduled.

Please notify your instructor at least 1 month in advance of any vacations longer than 1 week. If you do not provide this amount of notice, you will be billed for the lessons that you are missing. If your vacation will cause you to miss only 1 lesson, we will do our best to reschedule the lesson for you if you provide 24 hours’ notice.

Our studio is located at 1071 Lorette Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3M 1V6. We are in unit 3 which is closest to the door on Wilton St. Your instructor will meet you at the door to let you in so please text when you arrive. Lessons are scheduled with a 5 minute gap in between, so please do not come to the door before your lesson to let others have their full time.

Lessons can be ended anytime within the first 30 days of lessons. After 30 days, you must provide 1 month’s written notice to cadencestudioswpg@gmail.com

If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will be fully refunded for any lessons paid for that were not received.

30 minute lessons are $35, 45 minute lessons are $50, and 60 minute lessons are $65.

All of our lessons are adapted to each student. We do not charge differently for what other studios consider adapted lessons, but please feel free to note any learning aids you would like to share.
